Nova Legend Omega, Level 5-Rho

Nova Legend Omega, Level 5-Rho is the seventeenth form of the fifth level in the Nova Legend Omega territory. Created by Rainbow Angel Rosa Copeland, it is considered to be one of the most restrictive forms in terms of outfit style.

Appearance Traits

In this form, normal hairstyle rules apply, with a minimum length of between 50 and 75 percent longer than their highest option. For boys, the outfit consists of a black short-sleeved shirt (Red Ribbon Army logo and orange bandanna optional) and blue jeans that are only visible from about halfway up the thigh and higher; girls get a midriff-baring top and a very small skirt. Jet, meanwhile, gets the option to choose his shirt each time he assumes the form, along with a longer skirt than the girls; his hair, in the female style to show off his 'hybrid' effect due to both genders being required to wear the same style of shoes, is more than triple the normal longest setting in length.

The biggest quirk about this form is that both genders are required to wear lace-up-only thigh high ballet boots (though Rainbow Angel Kordelia Ava Levesque was granted an exception to wear her signature ballet ankle boots as her Femme-12 option hadn't been unlocked yet when the form was created). Furthermore, whenever one wears a different pair of thigh high ballet boots in this form, regardless of gender, when they revert to their normal state the ballet heels from the transformation are still on, with a requirement of one new pair each month.

Trivia

• The male outfit scheme, other than the mandated heels, is similar to Dragon Ball Z's Android 17 minus the long-sleeved white undershirt. This is due to Rho being the seventeenth letter in the Greek alphabet. The girls' outfit scheme, meanwhile, is based on creator Rosa Copeland's past experience as a prostitute.
  • The mandated heels, thigh high ballet boots, are Rosa's preferred style of heels. She set the lace-up only requirement on them in the transformation to maximize how long whoever ascended into the form has them on, as zippered pairs can be removed much more quickly. Notably, while a series of thigh high ballet boots made by an XJR subdivision and named after her are capable of being locked on and are of the zippered type, Rosa herself only owns lace-up-only pairs.
    • Level 109-Rho, created by Hollie Brazie, features an expanded allowance in terms of ballet heels (removing both the lace-up and thigh-high mandates of this form), while the following form, Sigma, sees a one-off of this form's 'one new pair per month' rule for its lone shoes (a Nova Legend-compatable wedge sandal based on Hollie's namesake signature wedges but with a locking ankle-strap and Trilostar thong) that extends to the accompanying miniskirt and stockings.
    • When Anastasia was strictly limited to peep-toe heels, Rosa gave Anastasia a special exception that kept the 'one new pair per month' rule but completely removed the length mandate and switched the focus from Rosa's preferred lace-up-only ballet boots to the zip-up-only platform peep-toe boots Anastasia's signature knee-high pair was. After gaining the ability to wear the normally-mandated style of the form, the only aspect of it to be reactivated was the heel itself (partly because Anastasia's first, dream pair was the next level above the normally-mandated thigh-high length, and partly because by that point there were two Rainbow Angels permanently in the lockable zip-up thigh-high style that was named after Rosa); the original focus stayed active for Anastasia, with the 'one new pair per month' rule also extending to the newly-reactivated ballet option (whose first activation saw Anastasia get her creator's specific Limited Edition Rosa EX series model).
• Like the creators of the third and seventh forms in this same level, Rosa's mainstream character was introduced into the Pokemon franchise during its fifth Generation. Unlike Georgia and Burgundy, Rosa's character is a game character; the female player character in Black and White 2.
